Tit for tat, it’s funny how people can judge you…

Hey, it’s Aavi again, and I guess I’m here to splurge my thoughts all over the place. Have you ever been judged by someone for something that’s not a big deal ? And that the someone who’s judging you has done much worse ? If so, join the party !

Shortly after high school ended, there was a girl from the same high school, who had graduated with me in my year. She was really pretty and she seemed so chill, of course at the time, I guess those were good enough. After sometime though, I lost contact with her because that was the time that I had deleted social media. Probably shortly after that, this girl that I liked also fell of the grid, and no one could find me.

It was no secret as to how much I liked this girl, all my friend knew this, including my best friend at the time. And when I say best friend, I mean someone who I’ve known for a good 10 years. I tried a few times to find her, but to no avail. Recently this best friend sent me a screenshot of a convo with the girl. Judging from the convo, it seemed that they had been in contact for a while. Which sucked for me, because my best friend did nothing to mention this or help me, despite knowing my feelings.

Fast forward to tonight, I discovered that she had gotten FB back (I was scrolling though a friends account). And I made mention of this to this best friend. My exact words to her was “*Insert name* is back on FB and is *flame emoji*”. That’s literally what I said…and all my best friend had to say was “Damn, that’s creepy”…

Perhaps it was ? And if so, please let me know in the comments.

But it’s most likely because my best friend was petty, because of a joke I made about her gaining weight (I know her for 10 years, I mean c’mon). Also, because when she showed me the screenshot of the chat, she literally said it was too spite me.

Which is fine I guess….except at one point, this best friend was making out with a guy in a relationship whilst simultaneously rebounding of her ex. And she brushes all of this off as if it’s nothing major. So I mean, OBVIOUSLY, I’m the piece of trash in this situation…

I need to sleep, I have a stats paper tomorrow.
